Do you suffer from having a bladder that is overactive? Do you find yourself often getting up for excursions to the toilet? Have you tried to do other things to prevent these visits to the bathroom? Most people think that it is the intake of fluid that affects the amount of relief our bladders need during the day. This is the reason that many people end up unintentionally dehydrating themselves in their attempts to stay out of the bathroom.
Would you believe that it can also be the solid foods that you eat that can bring about your "pee breaks" during the day? The truth is that a "number one" bathroom break is merely another way for your body to rid itself of waste. You will make this waste from both fluid as well as solid foods. Your waste is created up equally of liquid as well as solid elements, the forms they take when you take in your food isn't important.
While Vitamin C is vital for fighting off infections, it has been confirmed that citrus fruits can bother the bladder. Citrus fruits are principally created from acid and that's why you should stay away from consuming them both as solid fruits or as juice. Limes, oranges, tangerines, grapefruits and lemons are the key sources of this acid as are pineapples which, though they aren't actually citrus fruits, are still irritating to your system. You should select bananas, apples, pears and berries to get enough Vitamin C each day.
This might seem a little bit traumatizing but if your bladder is exceedingly lively, you shouldn't eat a lot of chocolate. Caffeine is in chocolate. Your bladder doesn't enjoy it a lot if you ingest caffeine and it will send you to the restroom a lot when you take in lots of it. Caffeinated beverages contain the same irritants as solid foods with caffeine. If you've been making lots of excursions to the bathroom, lay off of the caffeine both in solid and liquid form. Instead, learn how to like dark chocolate along with decaf coffee (or soda).
Foods that are especially spicy might annoy your bladder quite a lot. This will probably be unpleasant for people who like spicy foods but it is vital, if you dont want to spend your evenings running to the bathroom, to avoid foods like super spicy nachos, wasabi sauce, etc. If it makes your eyes and nose run you can bet it is going to make other parts of your body run as well. Choose less spicy versions of those foodsthat way you will get the quality without the irritation of your bladder.
We typically think that if it's fluid when it comes out it must have been fluid when it went in. This is totally not true. The waste material that comes out of our bodies is just the excess parts of what we have consumed that cannot be used or stored so it is excreted in whatever manner is the most convenient.
